Stafford Ceiling Leak
The pressurized water line split and spewed a significant amount of liquid in the void between the two floors of this Stafford home. Our SERVPRO water damage restoration technicians (WRT) are trained and follow the best practices of the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) to mitigate the water damage. We can neatly cut out and discard the non-salvageable sheetrock. After we gain access to the between-floors cavity, we can dry out the damp joists and insulation (that was not tossed), spray an antifungal agent to inhibit mold growth, and close up the opening with 6-mil plastic sheeting.
